Help and support for young people who are no longer in care (16 - 25 years).
You may find yourself at risk of being homeless for many reasons. Do not wait until you become homeless - tell us you are at risk of becoming homeless. If you need somewhere to sleep tonight contact us on 08081 968 406 or email housingsolutions@durham.gov.uk.
We will work with you to progress to living independently. Together we'll look at your options and agree the best way forward, based on your needs and your situation.
