The Service comprises:

Strategy, Partnerships and Resources

This service manages the development and promotion of the Regeneration Statement., which sets out our long term ambitions and objectives for County Durham.

The team also provide administrative support for the County Durham Economic Partnership and support the development of partnership working and priorities.

The team also review services and provide support for staff and managers with HR, IT, minor finance and internal communications.

Performance and Planning

This service is responsible for ensuring that the performance the County Durham Economic Partnership and its related partnerships is measured according to specific guidelines.

The team are also responsible for developing a Service Planning Framework which provides guidance to assist in planning activities. The team also supports the development of all key plans, to ensure that these are aligned.
