Ways to sign up and pay for garden waste collections
You can use a number of payment methods to subscribe to garden waste collections for 2018.
Please make sure you have read our garden waste collections terms and conditions first. The terms and conditions have been updated for 2018.
The quickest and easiest way to subscribe and pay is to Subscribe to the garden waste collection scheme online.
You don't need your garden waste reference number to subscribe online.
Please note: if you subscribed by 14 February you'll get all 17 collections. You can still subscribed after this date, and we'll arrange for your collections to start as soon as possible and you'll receive the remaining collections before the scheme ends for the year in November.
What if I don't have a reference number?
Customers will receive their reference number by letter during January. If your property is eligible for garden waste collections and you don't have a reference number you can fill in our garden waste subscription form or contact us at Garden Waste.
Other ways to subscribe
For all other methods, you will need the letter we are sending to eligible properties in January 2018. This includes a property reference number and barcode.
If you already have a garden waste bin, contact us through our automated payment line, select the garden waste option and quote your garden waste reference number. Please note, your garden waste reference number is unique to your property so it is important you only use the reference number allocated to your property. If you try to subscribe using a different reference number, your property will not be registered for garden waste collections.
If you don't already have a garden waste bin or would like to arrange collections from more than one bin, contact us at Garden Waste. You don't need your garden waste reference number to phone Garden Waste.
Take your cash payment to a Post Office or PayPoint outlet along with your letter. You will need the bar code at the top of our letter to make your payment. Please note, your garden waste reference number is unique to your property so it is important you only use the letter addressed to your own property. If you try to subscribe using a different letter or reference number, your property will not be registered for garden waste collections.
