Affordable housing for business
If you're a housing developer, there's money available to help you deliver affordable housing.
Occasionally, housing developers are not able to deliver affordable housing when they develop new housing. When this happens, we may agree a sum of money for the developer to pay, for the affordable housing to be built off site.
If you're a registered housing provider, you may be able to use some of this money to deliver affordable housing in the county.
Where is funding available?
Funding is available from various developments which can be used anywhere in County Durham.
How to apply
If you have a scheme, please contact us for an informal discussion, before submitting your application. Once you've spoken with us, complete and return the form:
Housing Growth Fund
