Submit a planning application online
You can submit your planning application online by registering with either the Planning Portal or with the iApply website. Choose which provider you wish to use - it makes no difference to the way we deal with your application.

Applying by post or in person
Download the relevant application forms from Planning Portal: application forms.
Contact us to return completed forms, any supporting information and to make a payment by phone with your planning application reference and card payment details.
Completed applications and cheque payments can also be made at County Hall or any Customer Access Point across the county.
