During peak periods the waves, slide and splash sessions will be limited to a minimum swim time of 50 minutes.

We are also the home of several swimming and aquatic clubs across the county. Six leisure centres have 25 metre pools and a learner pool, and Spennymoor is a leisure pool with a wave machine and water slide.

Peterlee Leisure Centre is managed by Harpers Fitness (Leisure Connection Ltd) in partnership with us.

There are also a number of School swimming pools offering various aquatic activities.

Your family's safety - supervising children

Your family's safety is a top priority. Children under eight years must be accompanied by an adult. You must also supervise children taking into account their swimming ability and the water depth. We operate an admissions policy to ensure a safe environment for everyone:
