Ceremony fees
The fees on this page are for all ceremonies taking place from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
For a ceremony in County Durham you will need to pay:
- a booking fee of £50 (non-refundable, non-transferable and not deducted from the ceremony fee)
- a ceremony fee (see below)
- a fee to give legal notice for marriage or civil partnership of £35 or £47 per person depending on the type of notice required
