County Durham Lettings Agency (CDLA) was established to accommodate and support vulnerable individuals who cannot access mainstream housing for a variety of reasons.
Move on accommodation
CDLA provides move on accommodation from:
- somewhere safe to stay provision (SSTS)
- supported accommodation through our move on scheme. This allows supported accommodation to be freed up for those who need to access it
- probation, children's and adult services and other statutory services.
