Due to repair work being undertaken at Seaham Family Centre we will be moving to Seaview, Frank Avenue Seaham, SR7 8LS from Monday 1 November 2021 until February 2022. Telephone numbers are not affected.

One Point family centres and hubs


One Point provides a variety of free advice and support and a range of activities for children, young people and families. We work alongside the NHS to provide this.

Our family centres will be open from Monday 20 September for anyone who wishes to drop in for advice and support, however programmed group sessions will continue to take place by invite only.

What's available

We support children, young people and families, from early pregnancy up until the young person reaches the age of 19 years (or 25 years if the young person has a disability).

We offer advice and practical help across all aspects of family life - in pregnancy and as a new parent, getting a job and building your skills, relationships and staying healthy and safe.
