Young Parent's Programme

Our Young Parent's Programme is for parents under 25 years old who have a child under two or are expecting a baby.

It's a great way to meet other young mams and dads and get lots of information and support to help you build relationships and interact with your child.

The groups include fun activities for you and your baby and run for four hours a week for 12 weeks. Lunch is included and we will pay your travel costs to attend.

We can help you with:

  • feeding your baby and starting solids
  • looking after your child's teeth
  • first aid
  • avoiding accidental injuries

Stay and play taster sessions

Join us for our fantastic stay and play sessions and find out what the young parent's programme can offer you. November sessions are winter themed messy play and December sessions are Christmas crafts.

  • "Making the foot and hand prints were lovely to keep"
  • "The staff helped me to receive financial support for my children"
  • "First aid training made me feel more confident in case anyone in my family became poorly."

Next programmes will start in February and April 2024.
