Someone for care leavers to talk to

If you need extra help or want someone to talk to, there are people you can contact for this.

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a mental health crisis, you can now call NHS111 and select option 2 for 24/7 support.

If you are deaf or have hearing loss please use NHS 111 - British Sign Language (BSL) Service or use the Relay UK app and dial 18001 111.

Support is still available even if services seem busy at the moment. You can find out where to get urgent help for mental health on the NHS website.

We know life can be a struggle at times. Our adult mental health support pages have lots of useful advice and links to local and national organisations that are here to help you with your daily mental health and in a crisis.
