Report a hygiene concern about a food business

We investigate complaints about food premises where there is poor food handling practices and when food purchased there is a potential public health risk. For example, where there are:

• poor levels of hygiene
• dirty conditions
• reports of pests (for example rate, mice, cockroaches) on the premises
• build up of rubbish
• poor food handling
