South Road Crematorium, Durham

The crematorium is owned and operated by a joint committee. It is situated on the outskirts Durham on South Road (A177 just off A167).

The building has two Books of Remembrance and a memorial garden.

Mountsett Crematorium, Dipton

The crematorium is owned and operated by a joint committee on behalf of ourselves and Gateshead Council. It is situated on the outskirts of Dipton.

The crematorium has a Book of Remembrance building, chapel, floral tribute area and plots for interments.

Grass cutting and flowerbeds

We are responsible for grass cutting and maintenance at our crematoria.

Dogs on leads

Dogs need to be kept on leads at designated cemeteries and graveyards.
