Wellbeing support for staff and volunteers
If you work for a small or medium sized business, or in the voluntary or community sector, wellbeing support is available for you.
- PAM Wellbeing Limited - delivers confidential telephone support and advice 24 hours a day, every day. This service can help you to resolve personal or work based problems and improve your mental and physical health. They will work with you to relieve feelings of depression or anxiety and reduce work or stress related absences. Access to this support can have benefits for both you and your employer.
