County Durham Lettings Agency (CDLA) was established to accommodate and support vulnerable individuals who cannot access mainstream housing for a variety of reasons.

Move on accommodation

CDLA provides move on accommodation from:

somewhere safe to stay provision (SSTS)
supported accommodation through our move on scheme. This allows supported accommodation to be freed up for those who need to access it
probation, children's and adult services and other statutory services.
