About DurhamLearn and the support we can give you with your learning

We've got something for everyone in our huge range of courses - whether you want to boost your job prospects, learn a new skill, help the kids better with homework or turn a hobby into something more, we have a course for you.

You can meet new people and make friends with our classroom-based courses, or if you want to fit something in around your busy lifestyle then our online or blended learning courses are perfect for you.

With locations all across the county and courses starting throughout the year, there is sure to be something to suit you.

Help paying for your course

If you are aged over 19 years old and meet the eligibility criteria, we may be able to offer you some financial assistance to help you take part in our courses.

This funding can help with:

  • trips, books and equipment
  • travel
  • exam fees
  • childcare
  • IT equipment
  • internet access
