Garage plots

A garage plot is a piece of land that you can rent. Garage plots are rented under a 12 months licence and year to year thereafter, terminable by either side giving one month's notice in writing. 

The garage plot may only be used for parking purposes, no new garages are to be erected.

What a garage plot costs

There is a one-off fee of £225 including VAT when you first take on the plot, as well as £75 including VAT for the year. After your first year, you pay £75 including VAT per year.

Tell us when you no longer want your garage plot

You must tell us if you no longer want your garage plot, so that we can allocate it to the next person on our waiting list.
