Draft Durham City Public Space Protection Order

By virtue of Section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (the Act) we are satisfied that the conditions set out in Sections 59, and 72 of the Act have been met and hereby make the attached Public Spaces Protection Order.
