Sherburn Park

Sherburn Park is a small urban park off Front Street in Sherburn Village. All areas are accessible with a good network of footpaths.

The park is largely maintained by us and continues to be developed by local community group, Sherburn OAK (Outdoor Action for Kids) in consultation with park users and us.

Facilities

Bowling green with bowls pavilion, play and outdoor gym equipment for all ages, games area, two football fields (full and junior sized) and a grassed area for informal play. A conservation/wildlife area continues to develop at the park.

The football fields are also used for recreation purposes and events such as organised football matches and school holiday activities. The bowling green is used by Sherburn Village Bowls Club.
