If you believe that paying your business rates would cause hardship, download and complete the Apply to temporarily reduce the amount of business (non domestic) rates you pay (PDF, 265 KB). Return this to the address included in the form.
We can reduce or cancel your business rates if paying would mean you suffered hardship.
