HealthZones

Did you know that your local library HealthZone is a great place to find health information? If you're trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle, learn more about an illness or find a local support group, libraries can help.

Every library has a HealthZone with books to borrow and leaflets and information to take away. From alternative remedies to self-help programmes and healthy cooking books, you'll be sure to find information to help and inspire you.

You can use free public access computers to find information on the internet. Visit our care and support services website - Locate, a free online database which allows you to search countywide, regional and national information for social care, health and community information, such as arts, leisure, sports, social groups and organisations.
