Antenatal Clinic - For newly pregnant mams to receive information about staying healthy in pregnancy. Your midwife can book you an appointment.

Nurturing Little Minds - A weekly peer support group for those who have given birth within the past 12 months, who may be feeling alone, isolated or worried about their emotional wellbeing or mental health. This does not need to be diagnosed. If you think you would benefit from this group, please contact your health visitor on 03000 263 538.

Early Latch Clinic- For babies aged between 10 days and 6 weeks, you'll get hints and tips to help you breastfeed successfully. Book an appointments through your health visitor.

Incredible Years pre-school course - This course is aimed at parents of children aged three to six years. It looks at how you interact with your child, and helps you to promote your child's social, emotional and language development to get them ready for school.

Dad's stay and play - Drop-in session runs once a fortnight and are for dads, male carers, uncles and grandads and their children up to reception age. Mams and partners can also attend if they are accompanying a dad.

Durham Dads Together Drop-in -Whether you are a dad-to-be, just had your baby or are heading for the toddler stage, these workshops are for you.
