Replace an existing bus pass
If your pass is lost or stolen, or you have changed address, you can ask for a replacement bus pass.
If your Durham County Council issued bus pass for the England national concessionary travel scheme (ENCTS) expires on 30 June, we will automatically send you a new one. However, if your address or name has changed since you received your current pass, please contact us.
If your details have not changed there is no need to do anything.
Lost or stolen passes
Your initial bus pass is supplied free of charge. However, a charge of £5.25 will be made to replace lost or damaged passes. You can:
- Make a payment online for a replacement bus pass
