From Thursday 27 January, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering.

The government suggests that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.

Replace an existing bus pass

If your pass is lost or stolen, or you have changed address, you can ask for a replacement bus pass.

If your bus pass has an expiry date of 30 June 2022, we will replace it automatically a week or so before that date.

You only need to contact us if you no longer need the pass or if you have changed address in the last five years since your current pass was issued and you have not previously advised us of this.

Lost or stolen passes

Your initial bus pass is supplied free of charge. However, a charge of £5 will be made to replace lost or damaged passes. Please contact us to ask for a replacement.
