Horden Together Partnership core aims are:

• Making the community a safer, cleaner, and healthier place to live and work.
• Making the community a place where people in need receive simplified, joined up, holistic support.
• Re-building the trust in services that has been lost within the community.
• Producing a blueprint for inclusive and efficient place-based working that spans the public, private and voluntary sector - empowering the community, individuals, and organisations.
