Children's services user feedback
If you've been in contact with a member of staff from our children's services team, we would like to know what you think of the service we provide.
Why have I been invited to take part?
Because you've recently been in contact with a member of our staff and we'd like to know what you think. We'd like to know what we've done well and what we could do better. This will help us to improve our services and make sure any changes we make take into account the voice of children, young people and their parents/carers.
Do I have to take part?
We would love to hear from you and would very much welcome any feedback you have on your experience with our service. However, you do not have to take part, it is up to you.
What will we do with the information?
We will use the information you give us to find out what we're doing well and where improvements could be made. By giving us your views we can make sure any changes we make to our services take into account what the families we work think.
The survey is completely anonymous. However, if you would like us to get in touch with you to discuss anything you have shared with us further, you can either provide us with your contact details at the end of the survey if you're parent or, if you're a child or young person, please contact your worker. Responding to the survey will not affect current or future services which you receive from us.
