The terms and conditions in force for using a skip permit in County Durham in accordance with Section 139 of the Highways Act 1980.

You must have a permit before you place a skip on a public road or pavement. A fee is payable for the permit.

It is illegal to obstruct a road, verge or pavement without a licence.
