We are aware that there is currently a scam text message being circulated informing people that they have an outstanding Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). Please be aware that we will never send a text message asking you to pay a PCN. If you do receive a parking fine, a sticker with relevant contact details will be placed on your car and/or you will receive a letter.

Where you can and can not park

This section tells you where you can park (such as in car parks), information for specialist parking (such as caravans and unloading for businesses), and where you are not allowed to park.

Motorhome parking
Motorcycle and moped parking
Electric vehicles and charging points
Pay and display bays
Pay for parking

You can not park in the following, unless you drive a certain type of vehicle, or have a permit:

Blue Badge parking
Loading bays
Controlled Parking Zones and areas
Taxi ranks
Bus lanes, bus gates and bus-only streets
Bus stops
White and yellow lines

You may not park in the following:

School keep clear markings
Pavement parking
